Jomtien Condos for Sale & Rent — Pattaya

Jomtien is Pattaya's long southern beach, separated from the busier Central Pattaya strip by Pratumnak Hill. The beach itself runs for several kilometres — noticeably longer and calmer than Pattaya Beach — with Jomtien Beach Road lined by condo towers on one side and open sand on the other. It's long been one of the most popular areas for foreign long-term residents, with a big enough expat community that everyday life here rarely requires much Thai.

The area is generally more laid-back than Central Pattaya: fewer bars packed shoulder to shoulder, more beachfront cafés and restaurants, and a steady kitesurfing and windsurfing scene when the wind picks up. Dongtan Beach at the southern end has its own distinct, well-known scene. Jomtien also has a large, established condo market — from budget studios to sea-view towers — which is part of why it shows up in our catalogue more than almost any other district.
