Skypark Lucean Jomtien Pattaya is a sea-view condominium developed in partnership with Banyan Group — the international hospitality and real estate brand behind Banyan Tree — located about 200 metres from Jomtien beach at 66 Jomtien 2nd Road. The project comprises two towers: a 60-storey Tower A and a 31-storey Tower B, together holding 896 residential units plus 3 commercial units, with a sea view from every residence. Payment for Studio/1-Bedroom units: 100,000 THB booking, then 30% on contract signing (within 14 days), 7.5% after 3 months, 7.5% after 6 months, 15% after a further 6 months, and the final 40% due on completion in December 2028.
