Embassy Life is a new condo project from Empire Group, developed in partnership with Matrix Development, set in Jomtien with completion slated for 2029. Buyers can choose between foreign-quota (FQ) and Thai-quota (TQ) ownership, so international purchasers get a freehold route while Thai nationals or company-structured buyers have their own quota option within the same building. Unit choices range widely. There are compact studios at 22.6-23.6 sqm, one and two-bedroom apartments running up to 66.5 sqm, and for those after something more spacious and higher up, a Sky Penthouse collection sized between 62 and 85 sqm. Prices start from 5.39 million THB — roughly 158,529 THB per square metre — which puts Embassy Life toward the premium end of what's currently available among new builds in Jomtien. The payment structure is fairly manageable: instalments are due every six months throughout construction, and the reservation deposit is just 50,000 THB, low compared to most projects in this segment.
